In order to maintain compliance with the Louisiana Public Records Law (LSA R.S. 44:1 et. seq.), all requests for the viewing or copies of public records maintained by the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Interior Designers shall be submitted to the Board in writing using theTest2.

COST:
Upon receipt of a request, the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Interior Designers will forward an invoice to the requester. The production of a record, in response to a subpoena or otherwise, shall be at a cost of 25 cents a page for paper copies. Louisiana state agencies will not be billed for public records requests. Once funds are received, the requested items will be mailed.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Interior Designers shall protect the confidentiality of the licensees and take the necessary steps to ensure that all checks and balances are followed before any information is disseminated.

 

MAILING LIST:

A mailing list is not a public records request and does NOT require a special form.  A mailing list can be obtained by contacting the office via telephone or email and providing a $25 processing fee.  An excel spreadsheet is available and will contain the name, company, work address, and work phone number of each current licensee. The Board does NOT provide home addresses or email addresses of licensees.
